Ingredients

• 1- 1&1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup bread crumbs
• salt and pepper
• 1 medium onion-chopped
• 1 tbsp yellow mustard
• 1 tsp cider vinegar
• 2-3 tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 375F
Mix all ingredients
Shape into meatloaf
Add 1/4 cup water to baking dish
Bake 50 minutes
Mix 1/3 cup ketchup, 1tsp yellow mustard, 2 tbsp brown sugar, spread over top of meatloaf. Continue baking for 15 more minutes
