1 3/4 cup self rising flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup oil

mix flour, sugar, and cheese. mix egg, milk, and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Stir only until moistened. fill muffin pans 2/3 full. bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
