Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Hellman's light mayonnaise
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the tomato and drained artichoke hearts into small chunks.

Combine all but the Parmesan and stir until well mixed.

Spool into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until edges brown and bubble.

Serve hot with crackers.

Can substitute 1 c. chopped cooked spinach for the tomato.

Can add canned crab meat if desired.
