Ingredients
- sauce:
- 1 1/2- 2 pounds boneless pork ribs
- onion powder
- garlic salt
- black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3/4 cup fresh blackberries
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup warm water

Preparation
Step 1
Season pork ribs with onion powder, garlic salt and black pepper. Place ribs in slow cooker and add chicken broth. Cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for 4 hours. Use two forks and pull meat apart slightly.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and blackberries. Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, breaking apart blackberries into smaller pieces while cooking.
Combine cornstarch and warm water. Add to sauce mixture. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over slow cooked pork.
