Ingredients

  • 4 to 8 boneless pork loin chops or steaks
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp grated orange rind
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tbsp hot pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp liquid Honey

Step 1

Place pork chops in a glass dish just large enough to hold them in a single layer. Combine Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, grated orange rind, chili powder, garlic and hot pepper flakes. Pour over chops, cover and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature or up to eight hours in the refrigerator.

Bring pork to room temperature before barbecuing. Reserve marinade and bring to a boil in a small saucepan, boiling 5 minutes. Grill chops on barbecue over medium high heat for about 10 minutes, until just pink inside.

Stir honey into marinade and brush onto chops during last 5 minutes of grilling. Transfer to a platter and serve with remaining marinade.
