Ingredients
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 (14 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth
- 2 (15 oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 oz) jar salsa
- 1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup cooked long grain rice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, saute celery, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredient. Heat through.
