Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb jalapeno pepper, halved lenghtwise and seeded
- 1/2 cup bry bread crumbs
- Garnish: sour cream, onion dip, ranch dip

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cheeses, bacon, and seasoning; mix well. Spoon about 2 tbs of cheese mixture into each pepper half. Roll in bread crumbs to coat. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake uncovered at 300 for 20 minutes for spicy flavor, 30 minutes for medium flavor, and 40 minutes for mild flavor. Serve warm with garnish of your choice.
