Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup beef drippings

Step 1
In food processor or blender, combine flour, milk, eggs and salt; process until a smooth batter forms, scraping down sides of bowl once or twice. Refrigerate batter, covered, at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
Thoroughly grease a 12-cup muffin pan with some of the beef drippings; spoon a thin film of beef drippings into each cup. Place in 400F (200C) oven 5 minutes or until fat is very hot. Divide batter evenly among cups; bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375F (190C); bake 15 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serve at once.
