Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks
  • 1 package Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt/pepper
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the crackers, corn flakes, flour, baking powder and cayenne pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Dredge steaks in the cracker mixture, then the eggs, then the cracker mixture again. Fry in EVOO until golden brown on each side and cooked through.
