Ingredients
- 2 TABLESPOONS OR MARGARINE
- 3/4 BONELESS,SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS CUT INTO PIECES.
- 1/3 CUP FINELY CHOPPED ONION
- 1 AND 3/4 CUPS (14 OZ CAN) CHICKEN BROTH
- 2 CUPS (10 OUNCE) PACKAGE FROZRN OEAS AND CARROTS
- 1/2 (6 OUNCE)PACKAGE RONZONI NOODLES UNCOOKED
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN OR CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- 3/4 CUP MILK
- 3/4 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE DIVIDED
- 1 JAR ( 4 OUCES) CHOPPED PINIENTO, DRAINED

Preparation
Step 1
1. IN A HEAVY 5 QUART SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT , MELT BUTTER
2. ADD CHICKEN AND ONION, COOK 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK.
3. ADD CHICKEN BRTH AND HEAT TO BOILING.
4. STIR IN UNCOOKED PASTA AND VEGETABLES, STIRRING TO COAT EVENLYWITH LIQUID.
5. HEAT TO BOILING, REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND SIMMER ON MEDIUM 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL MOST LIQUID IS ABSORBED, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
6. MEANWHILE IN MEDIUM BOWL, STIR TOGETHER SOUP, MILK, 1/2 CUP CHEESE AND PMIENTO UNTIL SMOOTH.
7. STIR INTO PASTA MIXTURE AND HEAT THROUGH.
SERVE SPRINKLED WITH REMAINING CHEESE.
