Meat Potato Quiche

Ingredients

• 3 T oil
• 3 c potatoes, raw, shredded
• 1 c cheddar cheese, grated
• 3/4 c sausage, browned
• 1/4 c onion, chopped
• 1 c evaporated milk
• 2 eggs
• pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1) Combine potatoes and oil in a 9 inch pie pan and bake for 15 min. at 425 degrees F.

2) Layer on cheese, meat, and onion.

3) Beat milk, eggs, and pepper together and pour over top.

4) Bake another 30 min.
