Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Graham Crackers, ground
  • 1 Tbsp Non-dairy margarine, melted
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 5-8 oz tub Vegan Gourmet® Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Vegan Gourmet® Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp Arrowroot Powder or Cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Grind graham crackers to the consistency of a coarse flour. Mix in melted margarine and sugar. Press Mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan.

2. Mix Vegan Gourmet® Cream Cheese, sugar, vanilla, and arrowroot powder or cornstarch together with an electric mixer until well blended. Add Vegan Gourmet® Sour Cream and mix well.

3. Pour over crust. Cook at 325 F for 35 minutes. Cheesecake should be slightly browned and a little wobbly in the center. Cool for at least 6 hours or overnight. Cover with your favorite fresh fruit and enjoy!
