Ingredients
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parsley finally chopped
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 4 Tbs. olive oil

Cover fillets with sauce. Make a foil packet, and fold edges over. Grill indirect, or bake in the oven.
