Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp salt
- 6 green onions, cut up
- Cooked rice
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 large eggs, beaten

Step 1
Let cooked rice dry, 30 minutes. Cut chicken into very small pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok or in large frying pan and stir fry the cut up chicken for 5 minutes. Add the chopped celery and onions. Stir fry for a couple of minutes and add the remaining cooking oil and the beaten eggs. Keep stirring until eggs are cooked.
Combine the drained rice, the spices and the soya sauce in the wok and continue to stir fry until the rice is evenly colored.
