Ingredients

  • broccoli, zucchini, squash or any mix of veggies you desire.

  • olive oil

  • italian seasoning packet

Directions

clean, slice and lay veggies on cookie sheet. spray with olive oil. sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top. can squirt on a little lemon juice if you like. bake at 400 fro 30-45 min. can broil for 5 if you want them a little crispier. can garnish will grated Parmesan cheese.
