Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2/3 table spoons of knorr chicken bouillon
  • Lard or vegetable oil
  • (Do not use olive oil)

Preparation

Step 1

Put the lard to heat up in a small pot add rice n garlic clove n stir until Brown.add the can of tomato sauce, 4 cups of water. N the knorr n stir to even out the sauce n knorr..cover n boil on high/medium heat. .once u see that there is no more liquid over the rice put the rice on low heat n cover (do not open the lid until)in about 20 min check the rice n if u see it dry n no more liquid turn off the rice n cover let it sit for a few mins ..fluff with fork n remove garlic...
