24 Ritz crackers
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 cups butterscotch chips

Step 1

Spread peanut butter on Ritz crackers. Top with another cracker to make 12 filled sandwiches. Melt butterscotch chips. Dip sandwich cookies one at a time in chips. Lay on wax paper to dry. White or milk chocolate may be used.
