Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 cups ham, cubed
  • 1 # Swiss cheese, grated
  • 12 slices bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 dashes onion salt

Preparation

Step 1

Peel crust from bread. Butter both sides of each piece of bread. Place 6 slices on bottom of a 9x13 buttered pan.

Place 1/2 ham and cheese on top. Repeat layers. In blender, mix milk, eggs, mustard Worcestershire sauce, onion salt. Pour slowly over mixture in pan. Refirigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees; Bake for one hour, then let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
