Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together, drop by teaspoons into hot oil. When brown, they will turn themselves. When other side is done, remove and roll in 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup powdered sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Fry part now and part later.
