Autumn Soup

Mom Behlings Recipe but I added to make it my own. This has so much more flavor than Mom's. HINTS: I don't measure so if you want two cups carrots go for it I just throw together and never ever measure. Also if I have them I add parsnips, and any other veggie I think will work. Don't use brussel sprouts I did and next day soup tasted like cabbage soup still good but I was disappointed because what I had the night before I wanted more of lol.

Ingredients
- I ADD THE FOLLOWING:
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 2 tbsp melted fat
- 1 cup onion
- 4 cups hot waters
- 1 cup carrots cut up
- 1 cup potatoes cut up
- salt pepper
- large can cut up tomato
- 1/2 cap grushed garlic
- 1/2 cap basil
- 1/2 cap oregano
- 1/2 bag frozen corn
- 1 can small tomato paste

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and onion. Mix rest of ingredients except tomatos into large soup kettle bring to boil cover and simmore till done about 20 minutes. Add tomatos last.
Crock pot: cook on low 8 hours/high 4 if you use high heat make sure veggies are done after 4 hours and if you want chunked tomatoes only use 1/2 to start and other half with 2 hours left to go on crock.
