Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh rhubarb - 1/2" pieces
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- un baked pie shell
- Meringue

Preparation
Step 1
Mix fill ingredients in order + place in pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 10 min to set crust; reduce heat until filling is set.
Top with meringue - brown.
