Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese In tub, softened
- 2 T. green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- Hot pepper sauce, to taste
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. crabmeal, thawed
- 30 melba rounds
- Ripe olives, sliced & pitted

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese, green onion, lemon juice and pepper sauce. Gently stir in crabmeat. Place 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on a piece of melba toast. lop with some sliced olives. Place 15 melba rounds in microwave. Cover with a paper towel: microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds, or until warm. Repeat with remaining toast Yield 30 servings
