Ingredients

8 oz. almond paste
½ cup sugar
3 tbs. icing sugar
2 egg whites
1 cup shredded coconut
¼ tsp. salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream the almond paste with sugars. Add the egg whites and beat well, then add the coconut and stir.

Pipe rounds or fleurettes, bake 20-30 minutes
