Ingredients

  • 2 T butter or margarine, melted.
  • 1/8 t and 1/4 t onion powder
  • 2 C Corn Flakes crushed to 1 C
  • 1 can (11 oz.) condened Cheddar cheese soup. undiluted
  • 1 C milk
  • 1/8 t. garlic powder
  • 1 C cooked diced ham (I used 2 or more cups)
  • 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained (Les likes more)
  • 6 oz. (4 cups raw) noodles cooked and drained.

Step 1

Butter shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine butter and 1/8 t. onion powder. Stir into Corn Flake crumbs until evenly coated. Set aside.

Combine soup, milk, remaining 1/4 t. onion powder and garlic powder. Fold in ham, mushrooms and noodles. (If desired, reserve a few mushroom slices for garnish.) Turn into baking dish. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-35 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Garnish with reserved mushroom slices.

When made with Giant Eagle yolk free broad ribbons noodles and using 2 extra cups of dry noodles and making 8 servings, each serving has 8.5 weight watcher power points.
