- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2-3 Tbsp shortening
- 3/4 cups milk (buttermilk?)

Step 1
work flour into shortening until evenly mixed with the flour. add cold milk. turn out on a lightly floured board and pat out (handle dough as little as possible). roll out to desired thickness and cut with biscuit cutter. bake on greased pan 475- 8 to 10 minutes.
