Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1/2 cup of warm water
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 cup of warm water
- 1/4 cup of dry milk
- 2 tablespoons of vegatable oil
- pinch of baking powder.

Step 1
Disolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water mixed with sugar. Allow to work for at least 15 minutes. Mix other ingrediants in bowl and then add water, sugar, and yeast mix. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Place dough in bowl sprayed with vegatable oil. Cover and let stand at least three hours. Place baking stone in oven and heat to 500 degrees. Tear dough into pieces and form them into a ball. Cover and let raise 10 minutes. Roll each ball into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick. Place each dough circle on the baking stone and bake 4 minutes and then turn over and bake three minutes. place on rack to cool
