Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1 jar or can beef gravy
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Hot cooked and buttered noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Gently mix together beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, egg, and seasonings. Shape into about 15 meatballs. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; pour off excess fat. Stir in gravy; cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. Blend in sour crem; heat through. Serve with hot cooked noodles.

Yum!! Love this recipe, kids are already asking for it again, and we just had it tonight, luckily I made enough for 2 nights! Recipe is quick, easy, and I didn't have to run to the store for anything! I'm sure it will become a family favorite!
