Ingredients
- 3 T. oil
- 3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat and cut into thin medallions
- 3 T. plus 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 3 T. light brown sugar
- 1-1/4 tsp. white pepper
- Steamed jasmine rice

Step 1
1. Heat a wok or deep heavy skillet over med. high heat. When it is hot, add the oil and rotate the wok a bit to coat evenly. When the oil is got, add the garlic and stir-fry a few seconds, then add the pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the fish sauce, sugar, and pepper and stir-fry just until the pork is cooked through 2-3 minutes.
Serve with rice.
