Ingredients
- 4 lbs short ribs
- salt,pepper and garlic powder to taste
- SAUCE
- 1 quart barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup duck sauce
- 1/2 cup horseradish
- 1/4 cup red s'chug
- 1/4 cup honey

Preparation
Step 1
Grill the meat,meat side down.on a grill over high heat until beginning to char,about 5-10 min depending on your grill. Let cool a bit,then slice between the bones into individual ribs and place in a pan. Pour the sauce on top of the ribs,cover the pan with plastic wrap,and bake in the oven at 250 for 3 hrs,(the plastic won't melt at that temp.
