Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 TBSP orange marmalade
- 2 tsp dijon
- 2 tsp soy
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
- 1/8 coarsely grated black pep
- 1 lb cod
Preparation
Step 1
Heat broiler. Coat broiler rack with spray. In a small bowl, combine marmalade, Dijon, soy, zest and pepper until smooth. Place fish on broiler rack; using brush, spread mixture over top of fish. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork.
