Ingredients
- ½ lbs. boneless chicken breasts, diced
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ red pepper, diced
- ½ green pepper, diced
- ½ leek, white part only, diced
- 1 scallion, diced
- Peel of 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tbs. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground coriander
- 4 sheets phyllo pastry

Preparation
Step 1
Roll the chicken in cornstarch. Heat oil and sauté the chicken until golden. Cook peppers, leek, scallion, and zucchini peel until wilted in pan. Add the chicken and stir in sauce and spiced.
Place 2 sheet of phyllo onto top of each other and cut lengthwise into 1 ½ inch wide strips; repeat with 2 more sheet of dough, obtaining a total of 1 double strips of dough. Fill dough with 1 tbs. of the chicken mix. Bake 10 minutes until golden.
