Ingredients
- 1 package extra-firm tofu, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 red peppers, sliced
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
- 2 T peanut butter
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c rice vinegar
- 6 oz vermicelli noodles

Preparation
Step 1
1) Brown tofu.
2) Add and cook 10 min. peppers, cabbage, garlic, and red pepper.
3) Combine peanut butter, 1/4 c hot water, soy sauce, and vinegar.
4) Combine all parts with prepared noodles.
