Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 14 1/2 oz. can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil & Oregano (NOT drained)
- 10 3/4 oz. can of Tomato Soup
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow noodles OR shell noodles, cooked and drained
- Basil
- Paprika
- Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
In a large skillet, and the ground beef and basil (just enough to season the meat); Brown the ground beef with until it is no longer pink in the center, chopping the meat into small pieces as it cooks. Add the diced tomatoes (*with the juices*) and the tomato soup to the meat; Simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the flavors. Add the noodles to the meat mixture and mix together thoroughly. Sprinkle paprika over the top of the skillet (enough to cover all the noodles and meat) and mix it into the goulash; Simmer for 7-10 minutes. Add more paprika (if desired) and simmer for an additional 5-8 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and serve hot.
