Ingredients
- 1/2 c coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 c unsweetened chocolate powder (baking)
- 1/4 c Xylitol (or 2 TB Stevia - to taste)
- (you could also add any extract flavor you like or nuts for a yummy snack option)

Preparation

Combine coconut oil and Xylitol and warm on stove until sugar is dissolved. Add chocolate and mix well over low heat. I poured them into cupcake pans and stuck them in the freezer.
For these almond butter cups, I put unsweetened, shredded coconut on the bottom of a cupcake pan. (Makes 6 total) On top of the shredded coconut, I put 1 tsp of almond butter so that it didn't touch the sides. Once the chocolate was warmed, I poured 1 TB of it over the mix in the cupcake tin to cover the almond butter. I then sprinkled the top with almond slivers. Each one is about 1 TB of coconut oil & 1 TB of combined nuts/almond butter ... 1 would be a snack serving on FMD.
