Herbed Dipping Sauce with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh clove garlic, mashed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh basi, chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve as a dipping sauce for bread, veggies, etc.
