Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley
- 3 16 oz cans red beans, rinsed
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1/4 t pepper

Step 1
Wilt onion, pepper and garlic in the microwave for 2 minutes on high. Add parsley. Stir in beans water salt cumin and pepper. Transfer to slow cooker. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
