Killer Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 garlic clove
• 1 pinch dry mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon onion salt
• 1 pinch white pepper
• 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
• 1/3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• Tabasco sauce
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 ounces buttermilk
• 3 ounces blue cheese

Step 1

1 Crush garlic clove and dice.
2 Whisk all spices together in the red wine vinegar; add sour cream, then mayo and then buttermilk.
3 Then add the crumbled cheese.
4 Whisk till mixed.
5 Make sure you leave healthy sized chunks of cheese so your friends get that little surprise.
