Ingredients

  • 1/3

    c soy yogurt

  • 1

    T agave

  • 1

    clove garlic, smashed

  • juice of one lime

  • 2

    T pickle juice

  • 1

    T wasabi paste

  • 1/2

    t ground pepper

  • 1/2

    t pink Himalayan salt

  • 1

    lb shredded cabbage, any kind you have in the garden, purple is pretty

  • 1

    shredded carrot

  • 1/4

    c chopped cilantro

  • 1/4

    cup red or other onion

Directions

Combine the dressing ingredients: soy yogurt, agave, garlic, lime juice, pickle juice, wasabi paste and pink Himalyan salt and pepper. put everything else in a large bowl, add the dressing and refrigerate for several hours before serving to blend flavors.
