- 1 cup cooked shrimp, small
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped olives with pimentos
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- salt, pepper to taste
