Chili Cheese Dip

Got this recipe from my editor, Pat Rosner, at our St. Louis Conference in 6/88

Ingredients

• 1 # hamburger, browned
• 1 box Velveeta, melted into
• Hamburger
• 1 can Ro-Tell tomatoes, drained. (with chilies, etc.)
• Can of chili (no beans) can be substituted for hamburger.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix it all together.

Use as dip for corn chips.
