Ingredients

This is the one I use:
3 C. Bisquick
i lb. hot sausage (like Jimmy Dean, etc.)
10 oz. grated sharp cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all and roll into bite-sized balls. Place on cookie sheets and freeze, then transfer to freezer bags. To serve, place on cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
