Ingredients
- 1 3/4 flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- salt
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 oil
- 3/4 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup rhubarb

Step 1
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
In another bowl, combine egg, milk and oil
Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients
Fold fruit into batter
Line muffin tins with paper cups. Fill muffin cups with batter
Bake about 30 minutes at 400 degrees
