Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, cut in half and the inside avocado meat removed
- 1/3 cup white onion, finely diced
- 1/3 cup tomato, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp jalepeño, finely diced (optional)
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp. salt

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients together and mix until well blended. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
