Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Cake Mix, any flavor
- 1 Pkg. Instant Pudding, flavor same as the cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter, softened
- 1 (16 oz.) Pkg. Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cup Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on the package for 24 cupcakes, blending the dry pudding mix into the batter before spooning into the prepared muffin cups. Cool.
Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl with a mixer until blended. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar. Whisk in cool whip. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of frosting into a small resealbale plastic bag; seal the bag. Cut a small corner off the bottom of the bag. Insert tip of bag into the top of each cupcake to pipe about 1 tablespoon in the center of the cupcake.
Frost the cupcakes with the remaining frosting.
Keep refrigerated!
