Ingredients
- 2 cans (11 oz. each) Mandarin oranges
- 2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) orange Jello
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- 1 can (13 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- may be served topped with whipped cream and/or garnished with additional Mandarin oranges and strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
Drain Mandarin oranges, reserve liquid. Add water to reserved liquid to measure 1 1/2 cups. Bring liquid to a boil, remove from heat and add Jello powder, stirring until disolved. Add sherbet, stirring until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in drained oranges and pineapple. Pour mixture into a 2 qt mold (or glass dish if you with to cut into squares to serve instead of using a Jello mold). May be garnished with additional oranges and strawberries.
