Ingredients

  • 2T butter
  • 2T flour
  • 1C canned chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese (lite)
  • 4 oz cheddar
  • 6 oz pkg Snow or Alaska King crab
  • 1 T minced onion
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 2-4 drops tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

- Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add garlic and onion and sauté until tender
- Combine broth and flour and add to butter; heat until bubbly
- Cut verses into chunks or shred; add to above; stir over med heat until melted; add remaining ingredients and heat
