Ingredients
- 2T butter
- 2T flour
- 1C canned chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese (lite)
- 4 oz cheddar
- 6 oz pkg Snow or Alaska King crab
- 1 T minced onion
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 2-4 drops tabasco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
- Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add garlic and onion and sauté until tender
- Combine broth and flour and add to butter; heat until bubbly
- Cut verses into chunks or shred; add to above; stir over med heat until melted; add remaining ingredients and heat
