Ingredients
- 5 T meringue powder
- 1/2 C minus 2 T water
- OR
- 2 egg whites at room temp
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tsp water
- 1 lb confectioners sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of an electric
mixer and beat slowly until blended. Then beat at medium speed until the icing forms stiff peaks, about 5 mins. Add more sugar if the icingis not stiff enough
or a few drops of water if it is too stiff. Use immediately or cover the bowl with a damp cloth to prevent drying when not in use. Allow at least 24 hours for decorations to dry at room temp.
