Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. fennel seed
- 1 tsp. rubbed sage
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. allspice
- 2 tbsp. grated purple onion (use a microplane)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Mold the turkey into patties by using the lid from a jar of Miracle Whip or something similar, lined with a baggie. Scoop them up with a 1/3 c. measuring cup. Place another baggie over the pattie to flatten it, so your hand stays clean. Freeze them in individual sandwich baggies (the kind that fold over at the top). Make sure you label them. After they are thawed, they should cook in about 3 minutes per side.
