Donalda's Christmas Salad

Ingredients

• Salad
• 1 bag of frozen corn (niblets)
• 2 diced red peppers
• 1/2 purple sweet onion, diced
• Dressing
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• Salt and Pepper
• 1/4 c cilantro (subst. parsley)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dice all the veggies
2. Make dressing
3. Toss veggies in dressing
