Snowball Cake

• 1 Angel Food Cake
• 2 envelopes unflavoured gelatin
• 4 tablespoons cold water
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 cup sugar (optional)
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• Lemon
• 4 envelopes Dream Whip

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bake Angel Food Cake

2. Combine unflavored gelatin with cold water. Add boiling water plus sugar. Stir well.
Blend in crushed pineapple with juice, add juice of 1 lemon. Chill in fridge until partially set.

3. Blend or fold in Dream Whip which is already made.

4. Break angel food cake apart into bite size pieces. Add to above mixture and mix only until coated. Pack into a deep round bowl lined with saran wrap. Cover with saran wrap and let stand overnight.

5. Unmold the next day on a platter and cover with Dream Whip and coconut.
